Bought these for my teenage daughter, & she loves them. They go with everything she owns. And, she gets compliments on them everywhere she goes... They're like your favorite sweater so the accompanying material states they may pill, loosen, or snag over time. But since they're fairly new, & my daughter has worn them a lot in a WI winter yet... they're holding up well. Very pleased.

Prompt and great service - I have stopped going to shoe stores and purchasing shoes. If I see a brand that I like, I come home and order through you online. The shoes are here usually with no shipping charge. You always seem to have the size in stock. I believe only once did you not have it in stock. Great service. Thanks!
